The report that you will receive exceeds all items that are required by the State of Oregon. These include the foundation, roof, structure, and the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems of your home.
In addition, pest and dry rot issues are looked for and reported on. A separate 4 page report is also available if required by your lender.
Normally, home inspections are scheduled 1-3 days out with the report delivered on site in the form of a CD or printed, or E-mailed the next day to you and your agent.
